Hi Folks -

Just in case it passed anybody else by, I only noticed in the
last week that the report of the Disability Legislation
Consultation Group had appeared on the NDA web site.  It is
available for download from page:

However, in one of those ironies that many members of this list
will find familiar, it is available only in PDF format.  It's not
that I think PDF is the work of the devil or anything, but I
don't think it works well as a sole format for electronic
distribution.  But without wishing to stir a full debate on that,
I have taken the liberty of hacking out a plain text version,
which is now available at:

http://eaccess.rince.ie/white-papers/2003/dlcg-feb-2003/DLCG.txt

Of course, the original PDF version should be preferred for
anybody who wants hardcopy - but watch out for the fact that a
couple of pages have been repeated.
