Hi, Barry and all,

Yes, it sure is a great irony that the NDA, of all organisations, only makes
its documents available in PDF format. I was involved at an early stage in
the design of their web site and document management system,. One the the
items which was high on the list of priorities was making information
available in alternative formats.

Apart from this they seem to have made a good fist at accessibility on the
site.

of course, I got the document in the post directly from NDA - on paper!
Anyone who knows that I am blind will know how useful that is.

Thanks to Barry for doing the conversion.

Take care,

Gerry Ellis
