Hi All -

Can I just endorse and re-iterate everything that Mark has said.
The current proposals seem to be almost unchanged from the
previous Disability Bill of 2001, and totally ignore the specific
recommendations from the the Disability Legislation Consultation
Group:

Those recommendations were very clear and explicit.  It would
really be a retrograde step if relevant provisions of the current
bill were allowed to stand.

(The fact that this bill itself appears to be available only in a
thoroughly inaccessible PDF format serves to highlight the
disconnect here with the relevant law-makers...)
