Hi Mark -

The programme is still being drafted. Currently I expect to be
giving a short presentation on some work we recently completed in
DCU on comparative large scale surveying of web accessibility
across Europe. The full details of this are available here:

  http://eaccess.rince.ie/white-papers/2004/warp-2004-00/

I also hope there will be a presentation on the general policy
and legal situation in Ireland - preferably not by me, but
the speaker is still to be confirmed. For the purposes of the
support-eam project (with which this workshop is associated) I
have prepared a short and informal briefing, which is available
here:

  http://eaccess.rince.ie/white-papers/2004/ie-acc-2004/ie-acc-2004.html

I would greatly appreciate any comments or corrections (from any
readers of this list) for that document! For example, if the
NCBI comments on the eAccessibility provisions of the new
Disability Bill are published on the web in due course I would
like to include a link.

Best regards,

- Barry.
