...while we're talking about visible skip links, has anyone noticed them
causing problems for sighted users during user testing? We originally tried
them on the Frontend site but it certainly cause some confusion. I think
they should be reserved for situations where they are specifically required.
>From a purist point of view they are a bit of hack anyway, navigation using
headers makes far more sense.
