Hmmm ... I don't think there is a completely straight answer
here. The difficulty is that "skip" is not just for people who
are blind. People using large magnification - or people with no
disability but small screens (PDAs etc.) - are also candidates
for benefiting from this; but can't if they are made
"invisible"...
