[Irl-dean] e-procurement / standardisation : draft letter

Hi Everyone,

As per Mark's email at the start of the month, please find attached a draft letter on behalf of Irl-DeAN to lobby the National Standards Authority of Ireland to support the new mandate on standardising e-procurement procedures. This letter has to reach Tony Losty tomorrow. 

Anyone who wants to add their names to the letter, please email me by return. I would like to include the names and organisations of at least 10 Irl-Dean members at least to the end of this letter. 

Please send me feedback on this as soon as possible, as I want to be able to email as well as post this letter to the NSAI
