Hi Hugh -

I would be very happy to be included in this.

One small suggestion for the text: it might be better to
literally give the full name of the draft resolution in the first
paragraph:

  ... We are writing in support of the adoption of the draft
  "Standardisation mandate to CEN, CENELEC and ETSI in support of
  European accessibility requirements for public procurement of
  products and services in the ICT domain".
