Hi everyone,

My apologies for not responding to this discussion sooner, I have been out of the office for much of the last two weeks. 

It would be best to get as many people together for meetings as possible, but everyone has different demands on their time. My own preference is to have meetings during the working day, but I have no preference for meeting in the morning or afternoon. 

The new meeting time is 3.30pm in the CRC, aiming to finish 5.30pm.
If you can't arrive until 4pm, I can fill you in on what was discussed at the end of the meeting. 

I have already spoken to those who have confirmed, and they are ok to meet in the afternoon instead.

For me, it is part of my work, so I would prefer to have it during the
working day. Plus, living as I do in Co. Sligo makes it impossible to
get home after an evening meeting, so unless I'm staying overnight for
some other reason, it wouldn't be ideal for me.
