[Irl-dean] seminar - one last reminder

Hi, mark,
When we were both in Brussels in October, 2004 we saw a U.S. wizard-based system for developing procurement documents. Have you any plans to go down that road?
Also, one of the key problems is how can an accessible version of an interactive session (such as a form) be presented to the user whilst ensuring that any information input is encrypted, certified and digitally signed before being passed up the line to the public body's system. I met with some people from Canada and from Microsoft whilst in Tunis and talked on these very issues. I would be interested to talk with you about how to ensure that we learn from what does and does not work in other countries.
Take care,
Gerry Ellis

If you don't know where you're going,
How will you know when you get there?
