[Irl-dean] draft document: centre for excellence

Gerry,

Design For All is (according to the tin) about the "design of mainstream
products, services and systems to be accessible by as broad a range of
users as possible." This is under the umbrella of *E-accessibility*
which is about "making the computer technology that we all take for
granted accessible."</tin>

So the centre should have a technological focus. In a practical sense, I
think its important that the scope of the centre is not too broad, in
that it tries to cover so many bases but then only superficially deals
with them.
