The web accessibility toolbar was created by the Accessible Information Solutions
(AIS) team of Vision Auatralia and is a great help when evaluating websites.
You can download the tool from the following URL:

http://www.visionaustralia.org.au/ais/toolbar/

(Note this particular toolbar is only compatible with Windows OS).
