[Irl-dean] ICT-Expo - Accessibility toolbar and Web Developer toolbar

For Mozilla browsers (including Firefox) there is a similar toolbar in
the Web Developer extension (home page at
http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/ ) which I find I use more
than the IE one, though I do use both all the time.
