For the ICT expo how about doing the following... If you are going to have
assistive technology  on the stand, why not offer visitors the chance to see
their web sites used by people with disabilities? This will make the
presentation direct and relevant and draw more people in. Present the
business case after they have seen how effective their own site is, it will
hit home more effectively that way.
