Hi All,
thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread on on-line tutorials 
on web accessibility and Universal Design. 

There has been a little confusion during this thread caused by a 
cross-posting.  I have collated all the relevant postings below.  They 
make a good set of tutorials for the newbie (and not so newbie).

While one might quibble with some of the information provided,
wikipedia has the special advantage that anyone who wishes to can
contribute to improving it.
