Hi all,

Cormac O Caoimh here, just sending an email introducing myself.

I received a degee in Applied Psychology, specialising in statistics and
psychometric testing. I went on to received a first class Msc in multimedia,
specialising in Usability in my final year project.

I am Senior Researcher for The Customer Respect Group, (
<http://www.customerrespect.com/> http://www.customerrespect.com ), and have
been leading the development of the the company's accessibility and
usability measurements. The Customer Respect Group is an international
research and consulting firm that uses its Customer Respect Index (CRI)
methodology to help companies improve how they treat their customers online.
It provides leadership in the objective and scientific measurement of a
customer's online experience. Many of the largest U.S. companies have
already adopted the CRI methodology to improve online customer satisfaction
and loyalty.

Looking forward to interacting with, and hopefelly meeting, you all at some
point.
