Here is a petition set up by the European Disability Forum that you all
may wish to have a look at.

The form itself is accessible but the page could have been designed a
bit better - but if you are using a screen reader you can jump straight
into the form field and everything is labeled correctly so it _should_
only take a second or two, phew :)

The actual petition itself says:

I sign for a European Union in which disabled people’s rights are
protected through effective legislation, combating all forms of
discrimination and guaranteeing the full inclusion of 50 million
citizens with disabilities in the European society.
