Hi, Diarmad,

The one comment I would make about Aer Lingus is that it was more accessible a year ago than it is now. Why make it worse?

Take care,

  Hi everyone,

Please excuse me if this has been mentioned before on this forum but I recently booked a flight on the Aer Lingus website (www.aerlingus.com) and was surprised that a national carrier could and would have so many accessibility issues. Any comments?

  Regards,
