[Irl-dean] Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus don't seem to take usability or user testing seriously at all - I
used the Fast Pass (self check-in) machine at weekend. The touch screen
where you enter your booking reference is a QWERTY layout - well done!

Hi, Diarmad,

The one comment I would make about Aer Lingus is that it was more accessible
a year ago than it is now. Why make it worse?

	Hi everyone,

Please excuse me if this has been mentioned before on this forum but
I recently booked a flight on the Aer Lingus website (www.aerlingus.com) and
was surprised that a national carrier could and would have so many
accessibility issues. Any comments?
