I think are they go Aerlingus is the easiest to use, followed by BMI.
The only usability issue with BMI is that they keep asking you to
confirm each action and it isn't 100% clear where you have to confirm.

The one that is really worth a look, is the Aer France one. It's
terrible. Infact the last two times I've used it they have had one
person standing beside it just to help people along. In fact it gets so
confusing they do it for you....

In terms of slickness, the train companies have it quite slick in
particular the Underground in London, where I guess speed is important
otherwise the Qs will start to grow. The problem with Virgin Rail in the
UK after a web booking is that the reference number you need to type in
is about 12 digits long.... and there are two different ones so you
wouldn't want to get it wrong (as they both arrive in different emails!)
