[Irl-dean] Aer Lingus

Seems Mark (and everybody!) are right. QWERTY is better in user trails.
Alphabteical is just my preference/the way my brain works.
Think Irish Rail opts for alphabetical layout - maybe that's what trained
me.

And there I was thinking I was your average user!

Ross :P

I've used the Aerlingus and BMI self check in and I never type it in, I just
scan my credit card that I booked the flight with. But if I had to type it
in (If i lost a credit card) I couldn't fault a QWERTY keypad? A stylus to
let me write it in might be better (anyone use a DS Lite?) but I think a
QWERTY layout keyboard is fine - it's the layout that's important, not the
fact its a touchscreen. It's also familair. BMIs self service check in is
better than Aer Lingus though, and it beats Ryanair...who would proably
charge me for using my credit card rather than type in my booking reference.

For anyone interested you can see a demo of the Fastpass thing here.
