Hi Ross,

I think you've hit on a really important point. In design and evaluation,
objectivity is really hard to achieve.

We then end up designing for ourselves (know as self-referential design).

We can even justify it by using the "elastic-user", where we stretch user
requirements to suit our own opinions.

This topic came up before on this list, but one of the ways we get our
clients to get away from this is using persona techniques.
