Hi Claude,
Barry is correct about the dfa National Contact Centre for Belgium.
Steven Vos is our main contact there, Steven.vos at toegankelijkheidsbureau.be (it just rolls off the tongue doesn't it?)
They operate a similar network to ourselves in Belgium, I'm sure he'd be glad to have you as a member.
If you send him a mail, he'll give you more information. I'll drop him a mail as well.
All the best,
Hugh

Hi Claude -
Great to hear of your plans for getting the accessibility message
out even in primary school - best wishes for it!
On the question of a "Belgian equivalent to IRL Dean", the best
approach is probably through the Belgian National Contact Centre
(NCC) in the European (EDeAN) network. This seems to be the
"Office for Accessibility" or "Toegankelijkheidsbureau" (phew!).
Some details are available at this URL:

I don't know whether they operate a wider national network within
Belgium (in the manner of irl-dean for Ireland), but are the
logical contact point to start with.
Hope that helps - Barry.
