[Irl-dean] First working Draft of HTML 5 is published

The first working draft of the new HTML 5 spec has just recently been
published. A useful resource if you wish to keep up/contribute with  the
main issues and developments is Planet HTML 5. Planet HTML5 aggregates
several choice blogs/feeds relating to HTML 5 by people involved in the
WG or those who are monitoring its progress and who take an interest in
such things.
