Also an accessible online forum (using something like PunBB or similar)
where people can submit a variety of questions directly to the CEUD and
have them answered by skilled forum monitors - with expertise across
several domains - would be a good idea. I think asynchronous
lists/listservs are great for nerds (no disrespect as I include myself
in that category), but not really for ordinary non-technical users.
So a nicely designed forum with an easy to use search feature where
users can also track previous posts that could be useful to them -
would be great.
