That sounds fine. We'll give ourselves until Monday 25th of February and see where the discussion has led us. 
If everyone on the list could give this some thought it would be greatly appreciated - if we are to do this by consensus, then the more contributions the better.

the creation of CUED and are delighted that it is now established
