I've recently been given a copy of a study by The Customer Respect
group of how big corporations get business benefits from
accessibility. It looks like an excellent and very useful report. The
great thing is that it is very business focussed, is written in
language aimed squarely at business people and contains cases studies
and interview notes from some of the biggest companies around, such as
O2, Coca Cola, Intel and 3M. Good business arguments are crucial to
accessibility but difficult to make. I think this will help. I'm
already planning to borrow some of the quotes to use in my papers and
presentations.
