[Irl-dean] update on transfer to CEUD

Hi everyone,

Just a brief update - the listserv management will be transferring to Donal and the CEUD from the 31st of March.
For the moment the irl-dean address will be kept the same, and Donal will be carrying out updates and notifications from the irl-dean server from the 31st on.
