[Irl-dean] handover

I'd like to thank you all and also congratulate you on a job so well  
done over the years. I'm looking forward to the new dispensation  
(despite grumbling a little about the change earlier on). The irl-dean  
is certainly some act to follow but let's see what CEUD can do.
