[Irl-dean] Dublin Bus "Real Time Passenger Information"

They had a working live display showing time to wait for next bus at
the west-bound bus stop outside Conyngham Road garage a year or so
ago. It functioned like the Luas or Dart platform indicators of the
same kind. It was barely adequate for visual users and no use at all
for users with a visual impairment.

Then one day it simply stopped working.

Are they trying to scale up this prototype in this new tender and
project, or are they buying in fresh thinking too?
