[CEUD-ICT] TV teletext accessibility - can TVs convert teletext to speech?

Is it possible to convert the teletext signal sent on TV channels
to speech, so that people can hear it?

Would this be a feature of the TV?
If so, does anyone know of a TV that supports it?

Are there remotes that speak out the numbers pressed,
so one can navigate teletext easily?
