thanks for that.
two things to note about that document. One of its main authors is Kevin
Cullen and the folks at the Work Research Centre. Also it has the best
researched and most evidence-based business case for web accessibility I
have seen. It links the widely reported cost-benefit of service delivery
through eGovernment channels with the cost-benefit of reaching "wider core
groups" such as older people and people with disabilities. none of the
points are new - but they are all very well documented and supported.
