While I understand that there is a degree of frustration here I wouldn't
go down the harrang, Sturm und Drang route just yet. I was talking to
someone in the DLR a couple of weeks ago about their website,
accessibility and so on. They may get back to us for an audit or similar
at some stage (am not promising anything) but if so I will of course
address the issue of document accessibility.
