So, just to log another offering in this territory:

The tool is free for individual, non-commercial, use; no prices
given for commercial use.  I have not tried it at all, so this is
definitely not a recommendation; and epub is probably not really
ready for prime time use yet anyway.  Still, another interesting
straw in the wind...
