Hi,

I am working with a group to produce an Agreement under CEN (the European
Standards body) which is addressing the question of a curriculum in Design
for All for IT Professionals. An Agreement is similar to a European Standard
except anyone can get involved rather than just governments and it can be
developed more quickly; it is the path usually taken by CEN when developing
initiatives in the area of ICTs. Donal Rice, of this parish, is chair of
this European initiative.

I want to gather together as much information on, and links to, Cost/Benefit
Analyses and Business Cases for the use of Design for All, Universal Design,
User Centred Design, etc, etc, you get the idea.

Can you send me links to this sort of information, please?

Feel free to give me a ring on my mobile if any clarification is required.

Thanks.

Take Care,

Gerry Ellis

If you don't know where you're going,
How will you know when you get there?
