[CEUD-ICT] Barriers Common to Mobile Device Users and People with Disabilities

Hi all,

The Web Accessibility Initiative has a list of barriers that are common to
people with disabilities and people with mobile devices [1]. It's a useful
list because it demonstrates the universality of web accessibility
requirements. It's helpful for making a business case for web
accessibility, too. It's also helpful for people who want to understand the
accessibility guidelines better. For example, a web designer who can't
relate to colour blindness, might be able to relate to difficulty seeing a
mobile phone screen's colours properly when standing outside a building.

Alan.
