[CEUD-ICT] Poor design of www.tvlicense.ie

Hi,

I've just paid my tv license online at the above URL.

I would really like to know who designed the forms on this website ... They
are truly dreadful.

No proper labelling of edit fields is done at all, which means  you have to
use trial and error   when entering  the details  in order to get it right.

This is most obvious  on the page where you enter your credit/debit card
details.

The fields for  the card security  number, card number  and  card holder
name  are  completely indistinguishable.  Also,  the tab order does not
match what is displayed  on screen with my screen reader.

My experiences were with Jaws 10  on IE 7.

Any idea  how we can get this improved?
