Hi Tim,

The RNIB published a document called, "The Apple iPad: is it worth it and
is it accessible?" [1] last month, based on the first impressions of a
blind technology expert and a partially sighted technology expert. It's
interesting, although it doesn't have any comparisons with other companies'
products.

Hi Mark,

It would be interesting  to conduct usability study of the IPad and IPhone
from a disabled  person's perspective?

The mode of interaction  used by Apple could be compared against used for
other touch screen interfaces  like that recently introduced by Talks
version 5 for  Nokia type  touch screen smart phones.
