Please be aware that ComReg published its consultation paper yesterday
evening, "Electronic Communications:-Proposed Measures to Ensure Equivalence
in Access and Choice for Disabled End-Users", ComReg Document 13/58.  

 

The consultation document can be downloaded by clicking on the following
