(PHECC) is a statutory body with responsibility for standards, education and

size=2><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">. The Council currently has an
in-house designed and maintained website <A

principally as an interim communications tool. </SPAN></FONT></P>

website needs to be revised, updated and improved with increased functionality
